Fresh watermelon slices
120 ml red wine
30 ml vodka
Fresh basil leaves (2-3 nos)
10 ml sugar syrup
Step 1: Muddle the watermelon with a dash of sugar syrup
Step 2: Add the basil leaves and lightly muddle
Step 3: Add the wine and shake
Step 4: Double strain into the chilled margarita or martini glass
Step 5: Serve in a chilled margarita or martini glass, garnished with fresh basil leaves and a watermelon slice
