Aspiring candidates should have appeared/appearing in Matriculation examination with Mathematics, Science and English as subjects from the State Board/ Central Board i.e CBSE, ICSE/National Open Schools.

How to Apply for JET?
Candidates can apply by getting JET Application Form from the designated Branches of Punjab National Bank, affiliated Polytechnic Colleges, Schools, District Education Offices, Suvidha Centres at Deputy Commissioner Offices in Punjab and also at the Board's Office.
JET Admission Process
The successful candidates of JET test can get the Prospectus cum admission forms from the designated Bank branches of PNB, Suvidha Centres in DC offices, affiliated Polytechnic Colleges, Offices of the District Education Officers and Book Seller at the cost of Rs.250. or download the same from Board's Official website www.punjabteched.com and punjabteched.net and submit it on or before the last date of submission. The admission will be provided through counceling based on the marks in JET.

At Present the cost of a JET Prospectus is Rs.50 Only.
