Dr. DY Patil All India Entrance Exam 2015 - The All India Entrance Test acronym as AIET-B.Tech or more specifically DY Patil AIET-B.Tech entrance exam is conducted for selection of candidates for admission to B.Tech. and M.Tech. Integrated (Biotechnology) courses at the Department of Biotechnology & Bioinformatics, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

DY Patil AIET B.Tech Eligibility 

Educational Qualification:-

Candidate appearing for this All India Entrance Exam, must have passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, securing minimum 50% marks in the aggregate of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics (PCMB) and English as a subject is compulsory.

Important: Candidates with Mathematics will be considered eligible for B.Tech Bioinformatics/B.Tech Biomedical Engineering courses.

Age:

Applicants appearing for Dr. D.Y.Patil Institute All India Entrance Test, must be at least 17 years of age on or before the 1^st October of the year in which he/ she seeks admission.

Relaxation in Marks for Reserved Categories:

Candidates belonging to Scheduled castes (SC) and scheduled tribes (ST) categories and applying for seats reserved for them shall be allowed a 10 percent concession of marks in the minimum eligibility requirements of these Engineering Entrance Exams.

Dr. DY Patil Institutes Selection Process

Candidates who secure the minimum 50% marks at D Y Patil AIET-B.Tech. shall be eligible for admission to B.Tech Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Biomedical Engineering and M.Tech Integrated courses and would be offered provisional admission to these courses on the basis of their inter-se-merit at the time of Counseling.

DY Patil AIET B.Tech Syllabus

DY Pattil AIET Exam consists of question from the Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,Biology and Computer with a difficulty level of +2 class.

DY Patil AIET B.Tech Pattern 

The Dr. D.Y.Patil AIET will be of two hours duration. There will be one question paper at the Entrance Test in English medium containing 150  Multiple choice questions (MCQs) as detailed below:

Note: Each correct nswer carries one mark. There is no negative marking.

How to apply for Dr. DY Patil AIET B.Tech ?

AIET B.Tech application forms are to be completed and submitted online only. After submission of the completed AIET B.Tech forms online, candidates will be provided with a Transaction ID.  AIET B.Tech Entrance Test Fees of Rs.1500 can be paid online Or by Demand Draft.

In case of payment by DD, candidates are requested to enter the Transaction ID on the backside of the DD for Entrance Test Fee to be sent to the following address:
