The Party of the FIRST PART, the service provider shall make available to the SECOND PART 1+3 replacement/alternative staff within 11 months after the selection of the first part candidate by the party of the SECOND PART.2. The service provider have Verified the bonafides of the candidates available for job , still the employer should be cautious and alert while selecting a as well as during continuance of employment of the candidate.3. The remuneration /salary of the candidates selected for the job must be fixed by the employer and the party of the FIRST PART shall not interfere in fixing or the payment of salary.4. The service charges for single shall be rs.5000/(Rupees five thousand only) for the area of Mumbai one month’s salary for service after one months, renewal charges of 3000( RS Three Thousand Only) have to payable, if any candidate offered for the job is not selected by the employer, within 11 months time.5. If maid or other staff is not finally selected after trail period of 4 days, then the employer has to pay the salary for such days worked by maid or other staff.6. Travelling allowance to Office Peon, House Maid, Aaya Bal, Driver or any other offered shall be paid by Client.7. If registration is cancelled within 6 months, after providing the staff, then out of 5000/-paid in advance, as a service charge 50% will be deducted and only balance 50% will be refunded the staff, registration charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.8. One the maid/driver or any other staff has worked for his employer, the employer has to pay the agreed salary for the number of days worked without any excuse and the party of the FIRST PART, along with the candidate worked has the right to get their payment, or otherwise the service providing the lodge police complaint for such non-payment.9. If any candidate has been kept for in-house work like Maid/Aaya or attendant/Driver etc. then the employer has right the to check the bags or other belongings of the person, if such person is leaving the job. For any complaints of theft or less/robbery after leaving, the service provider shall not be responsible.10. The service provider shall assist/co-operate with employer in case of any police complaint made for theft or robbery by any candidate provided by the service provider.11. After filing the form if any case the Registration is cancel, out of Rs.500/ is not refundable.
