Property Rate May Hike upto 15-25% in IndoreThe City Evaluation Committee has introduced new price guideline for residential areas in the city and nearby agricultural land. This has raised prices in many areas thrice their existing prices. There are many areas where no registrations have taken place so far but prices have been declared. The proposed price guideline is open for comments and suggestions till 8th of March. The new guideline process was on for last three weeks time. The proposed prices were suggested by Sub Registrars and have been accepted by the Evaluation committee and issued for public. As per the proposed guideline prices in between MIG Square to Satysai Square will raise to Rs.55 thousand per square meter which is Rs.20 thousand per square meter this time. Likewise rates from Palasiya to Palasiyahana area are being raised from Rs.18 thousand square meter to Rs.45 thousand per square meter. And rates of land in sensitive area Bambai Bazar to Udapura are being raised from existing Rs.24 thousand to Rs.50 thousand.
