Ingredients:
¼ cup low fat milk
½ a banana
½ an apple
2-3 strawberries
1 tsp honey
3-4 soaked almonds
1 chopped walnut
3-4 raisins
1 tbsp sugar free muesli or wheatflakes
Method:
Blend all the ingredients except raisins and walnuts
Pour into a glass, garnish with walnut and raisins. Enjoy!
Tip: Fruits can be chosen based on season; amount of milk can be varied based on the consistency required.
