What is your definition of quality time?

 

Spending time with your lover increases the happiness in the relationships and helps to create a bond. Spending time together doesn’t mean including friends on a double date or watching the game with him and his friends. Make time (as little as 30 minutes, as much as all day) for you and your mate to enjoy each other’s company. Don’t feel obligated to eat at a restaurant or go to the movies; sometimes massaging each other after work or going to the gym together is just fine.

 

You don’t want your lover to feel like you don’t make time for him.
