Ingredients: 100 g cheese, 1 te. Spoon green pepper (chopped), 1 te. Spoon garlic (chopped), 1 te. Spoon ginger (sliced), 1 te. Spoon corn flower, 4 Tay. spoon soy sauce, chili garlic sauce 2 tea spoon, 2 pinch sugar, 1 te. spoon refined oil.
Method: Take cheese fry slightly in oil. Heat oil in a pot, green chilies, garlic and ginger fry cook for a while. Soy sauce, chili - garlic sauce and sugar, add the mixture to cook until thickened. Add cheese and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
