Indian Air Force has issued application for recruitment of Airmen in group Y trade on various posts. The eligible candidates are requested to read the complete notification before applying for the below mentioned posts.

Environmental Support Service Assistant (ESSA)
Meteorological Assistant
Communication Technician

Age Limit :
The candidates who wish to apply for these posts should be of 21 years of age. Relaxation in the age will be given as per govt rules.

Educational Qualification :
The candidate must have passed intermediate or its equivalent examination in any stream or subject approved by Central/State Education Boards, with at least 50% marks and the same mark in English as well.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Trails, Physical Fitness Test, Interview and Medical Examination.

Examination Centres:
Exam will be conducted at many cities throughout India.  They are: Ambala, New Delhi, Kanpur, Barrackpore, Jodhpur, Tambaram (Chennai), Bihta (Patna), Secunderabad and Bhopal.

How to apply:
Candidates who are interested and eligible can send their application  written in A4 size sheet by ordinary  post. The application should be complete in all respects and should be send along with all the necessary documents attested by gazetted officer and three recent passport size photographs. Don’t forget to mention “FOR GROUP ‘Y’ (EXCEPT AUTO TECH, GTI, IAF(P) AND MUSICIAN) TRADES” on outside of the envelope. The candidates are required to send the application to given below address.
