Known to be the greatest engineer of all times, who with his vision and un-compromising dedication made some exceptional contributions to the nation. His vision of total education to all made it compulsory in India, which ultimately found its way as fundamental right enunciated in the constitution of our country. He was conferred the higher honour of the land “BHARAT RATNA” in the year 1955. The name Sir Vishveshwaraiah synonymous with excellence. Hence the Institution SVTM.
